American-Asian Women’s Association (AAWA) established in the year of 2018 is a non-profit organization in California. The organization is under internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501 (C) (3) (Tax ID81-2935514). The team is founded by a group of passionate people who are enthusiastic about public welfare. Its mission is to help vulnerable communities, especially women to improve their quality of life, and Cross-Cultural education. Guiding to empower women to enhance personal image in the workplace or at home to boost self-esteem, self-confidence and achieve in career.

For the last few years, AAWA had crowdfunding activities in the Chinese Community to provide charitable donations to some non-profit organizations including Gum Moon Women's Residence, Asian Family Support Center, Charity Cultural Services Center and Chinese Hospital etc.

At the beginning of the pandemic, AAWA also took the lead in the raising funds, sending donations to the Chinese Federation of Overseas Chinese and donating masks to hospitals in California, including UCSF in San Francisco and Mercy Medical Center in Central California.
